Science Speakers Week

Last week, over 160 students at Glenwood Elementary learned about science-related careers thanks to the 7 individuals who took time out of their day to volunteer during Science Speaker Week!

Our Science Speaker volunteers spoke to 4th and 5th grade students about their fields and conducted a science-related activity.

“It was inspiring!!!  I concluded after my experience that if adults were as curious as 4th graders, more world problems would be solved by now,” shared Alyson Jowers, BP and Science Speaker Volunteer
